This is Asonu's 8-string Tahitian ukulele. The body is designed in the shape of a honu (sea turtle). The tuning is G-G-C-C-E-E-A-A from the 8th string to the 1st string, and the C and E strings are octave higher than the regular ukulele tuning. The 1st and 2nd strings, the 3rd and 4th strings, the 5th and 6th strings, and the 7th and 8th strings are set up unison double strings, respectively. Tone is bright. It comes with a synthetic leather gig bag.
